Atlantic Park Surf will host its inaugural Dream Team Challenge on April 18. Presented by Wiseguy Pizza, the community-driven team challenge will see 15 teams compete for a $2,000 grand prize and bragging rights as the ultimate “dream team.”
Each team will include four surfers competing in designated categories: ages 8 to 15, women, ages 45 and older, and a wildcard division. Competitors will earn points within their divisions, and the top performers will advance to a final round to determine the overall winner.
Participating surf shops include 17th Street, Heritage, Quiet Storm, Real Watersports, WRV, Pungo Board House, Atlantic Park Surf Club, and Wiseguy Pizza. Retail vendors will be present during the event. The event is made possible by Wiseguy Pizza with support from Pungo Realty and additional sponsors.
Doors open at 2 p.m., with competition beginning at 3 p.m. Finals are scheduled for 7 p.m., followed by an awards presentation and live music.

Atlantic Park Surf opened in August 2025 and has hosted visitors from all 50 U.S. states and more than 30 countries. The venue has introduced multiple events and programming, including competitions and recurring activities.
