Cabo Real Surf Club announced that all remaining Surf Casitas released on May 18 have been reserved, with Lots 20 through 31 sold. The developer said the sales bring total transactions at the project to more than $200 million.
The Surf Casitas are part of the residential offering at the surf-centered development in Los Cabos. The company said buyers “join a growing group of owners who will play a defining role in shaping Cabo Real Surf Club from the very beginning.”
Following demand for the latest release, the developer said it is considering a future offering of similar homes. Villa Homesites, Boardwalk Homes and Estate Lots remain available. The project’s wave basin and surf clubhouse are scheduled to open in late 2026.
Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential surf community under construction on the Los Cabos corridor in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Developed by Meriwether Companies and the Sanchez Navarro family, the project is centered around a four-acre Endless Surf lagoon and forms part of the larger 3,000-acre Cabo Real master-planned community. The first waves are expected later in 2026.
The centerpiece of Cabo Real Surf Club is an Endless Surf ES48 wave basin, a four-acre lagoon capable of producing customizable waves up to seven feet tall with rides lasting as long as 25 seconds. The system is designed to accommodate surfers across multiple skill levels simultaneously and will serve as the primary amenity for the private residential community.
In addition to the wave pool, plans include a surf clubhouse, wellness facilities, racquet sports, mountain biking trails, a private beach club and access to the existing Robert Trent Jones II golf course.
Cabo Real Surf Club is one of a growing number of residential developments using artificial wave technology as a primary amenity, joining a wave of surf-centered communities under development across North America, the Middle East and Australia.
