Cabo Real Surf Club said construction is continuing on its Endless Surf wave basin, Surf Clubhouse and residential development, with the first homes now under construction.
According to the project update, installation of the Endless Surf mechanical systems and wave generation technology will continue through late August. The final concrete pour for the wave basin is scheduled for the week of July 20.
The developer said construction is underway on the first 19 Surf Casitas, with select foundations complete and walls beginning to rise. Construction also continues on the Surf Clubhouse, where foundations have been completed and excavation of the resort pool is underway.
The company also reported that all Surf Casitas sold earlier this summer, and that additional property releases are expected. The company said it plans to begin surfing in the wave basin before the end of the year.
“We achieved a significant sales milestone with the sell-out of all our Surf Casitas earlier this summer marking over $I70M in total sales to date,” said Janet Jensen of Cabo Real Surf Club. “Stay tuned as we expect to release new properties soon and
will be surfing in the basin before the end of the year.”
Cabo Real Surf Club is a private residential surf community under construction on the Los Cabos corridor in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Developed by Meriwether Companies and the Sanchez Navarro family, the project is centered around a four-acre Endless Surf lagoon and forms part of the larger 3,000-acre Cabo Real master-planned community. The first waves are expected later in 2026.
The centerpiece of Cabo Real Surf Club is an Endless Surf ES48 wave basin, a four-acre lagoon capable of producing customizable waves up to seven feet tall with rides lasting as long as 25 seconds. The system is designed to accommodate surfers across multiple skill levels simultaneously and will serve as the primary amenity for the private residential community.
