In June Palm Springs hosted a special Splash & Slay Drag Brunch officiated by local celebrity Ethna Canne. And just yesterday the club closed out the official summer season with a Labor Day weekend Luau featuring Hawaiian food, dancing and music. Deep in the heart of Texas Waco Surf continued its commitment to their popular live music series the Sunday Sessions.

URBNSURF
URBNSURF has announced a series of seasonal updates at its two locations. The company said the Melbourne lagoon has reopened with refreshed water and a new setting called Intermediate Barrels.
URBNSURF’s other wave pool promotions include the announcement that Unlimited Passes are now available, offering day and monthly options in Melbourne, along with a SurfAid Multipack in Sydney that allows daily sessions through September.
For those new to surfing, the company is promoting an Unlimited Learn to Surf Pass. URBNSURF also confirmed the return of two popular events, Surf & Sip and Boogie Nights. Ahead of Father’s Day, the company said last-minute eGift cards are now available.

The Wave, Bristol
The Wave in Bristol has opened autumn bookings through November. The company said it will dedicate select evenings in September and October to larger wave sessions. These include Advanced to Expert Barrels and High-Performance Coaching.
Big Wave sessions are scheduled for Thursday mornings and Tuesday evenings in September, with Thursday mornings and Monday evenings in October. Floodlights will return later in the season, which the company said will allow operations to continue after sunset. Be on the lookout for more bodyboard club meetups as well.

Lost Shore Surf Resort
Edinburgh’s best surf spot has launched Big Wednesdays which will feature the surf basin’s largest waves to date. September 6&7 will feature a board demo day and September 16 will have a special Lords of Dogtown screening. September 18-21 will host O’Neill’s Rookie Rippers and each Wednesday of the month from 6-9 pm will feature LIVE music in the Canteen.
Lost Shore has also launched its new membership program, the Lost Shore Surf Club. The company said members will receive personalized surf packs, exclusive discounts across the resort, and access to special sessions and early product releases.
Lost Shore stated that membership also includes reduced rates on surf packs, early booking for new wave settings, as well as a 20 percent discount on accommodation. Members can amend bookings up to 24 hours before sessions.
Pricing is £480 per year. A youth membership, available for surfers up to 17 years old, costs £240 annually.
