A new job platform focused on the wave pool sector has launched through a partnership between human resources specialist Paolo Formenti and surf industry executive Bruno Gujer. The initiative combines WavePoolJobs and ShorelineJobs to provide listings tailored to surf park employment. The site currently features job opportunities from nine operators across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia, with more than 70 positions available.
Formenti specializes in identifying candidates’ professional interests and aligning them with employers. Gujer, known for his work with Volcom and Alaïa Bay, is currently involved in projects within the surf park industry.
The platform is positioned as an alternative to general professional networking sites like LinkedIn, which focus more on social media chatter than on finding relevant human resources.
