URBNSURF has launched a new online booking platform. The updated system consolidates bookings, sessions, and account details into a single user account. Surfers can book, cancel and rebook sessions through a newly redesigned interface.
The company says that page load times have been reduced and a loading icon has been added to indicate when schedules are processing.
To use the system, customers who have previously booked with URBNSURF are required to recreate their account to access past sessions and products. Users must register with the same first name, last name, and email address previously used. Account verification requires setting a new password and confirming via an emailed verification code. Once completed, past sessions, products and bookings will link automatically to the new account.
URBNSURF said that products, pricing and policies remain unchanged and users can check all relevant support materials, including step-by-step guides, videos, and FAQs. If needed, customer support is available for additional assistance.
“Our new booking experience is live, and it’s built to make booking your next surf easier than ever,” the company said. “This update brings everything together in one place, making it quicker, clearer, and mobile-friendly.”
