Endless Surf has announced three new hires to support its expanding pipeline of wave pool projects under development. In the latest wave pool industry update, the company said the appointments reflect its focus on scaling delivery capacity as demand for inland surf facilities continues to rise.
The new hires include:
- Bryan Behr – Director of Projects and Operations
- Bill Adams – Senior Project Manager
- Elise McCormack – Technology Lead
These additions follow the recent hiring of surf industry veteran Cheyne Magnusson as Surf Design and Operations Manager.

Behr to Lead Global Project Delivery
Bryan Behr brings more than two decades of experience in environmental science, engineering, and real estate. He has spent the past nine years focused on surf park development and was involved in the delivery of Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch and Palm Springs Surf Club.
“Surf parks sit at the intersection of science, engineering, and community placemaking,” says Behr. “Endless Surf’s technology and team are uniquely positioned to shape this next chapter for the industry, and I’m proud to be part of it.”
Behr, based in Southern California, has worked on over 30 surf venues. At Endless Surf, he will oversee project delivery and operations, with a focus on improving equipment, software, and processes. The company said his role will support efforts to maintain performance metrics such as zero downtime, as reported at O2 SURFTOWN MUC.

Adams Brings Military and Entertainment Experience
Bill Adams joins as Senior Project Manager. He previously served as a Special Operations team leader and later helped scale iFLY Indoor Skydiving to over 70 locations globally.
“Success comes down to teamwork, communication, and shared vision,” says Adams. “The Endless Surf crew has all three—and the technology to match. I’m stoked to be part of something this innovative.”
Adams co-founded Fireside Surf, a standing wave venue in Texas. He will split time between Vancouver, Washington State, and active project sites. His role includes training and managing WhiteWater’s team of project managers and installation supervisors.

McCormack to Lead Engineering Initiatives
Elise McCormack joins as Technology Lead. She holds a mechanical engineering degree from MIT and brings expertise in wave modeling and fluid dynamics. She previously spent four years at Kelly Slater Wave Company as a Technical Lead.
“I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of engineering and surfing,” says McCormack. “The Endless Surf team is pushing the boundaries of what surf technology can do, and I’m thrilled to contribute to creating waves that are not only versatile but as close to the ocean experience as possible.”
Based in Vancouver, McCormack will work on design and optimization of the company’s expanding lagoon models and surf systems.
Company Eyes Continued Global Expansion
The hires come as Endless Surf reports a growing number of projects under construction and in development.
“The momentum behind our projects in development is unprecedented,” says Paul Chutter, President of Endless Surf. “For the last 45 years at WhiteWater, we’ve been supporting clients at over five thousand projects with the same dedication to quality and serviceability that we now have as a foundation at Endless Surf. These additions of Bill, Bryan, and Elise will further this reputation and help us deliver the best quality waves and operational results possible, adding incredible depth to our team’s expertise.”
