Yeti Partners With Atlantic Park Surf as Brands Find Future Customers at Wave Pools

In a press release this week, Atlantic Park Surf named YETI as an official partner. Under the partnership, YETI will supply hydration gear for park staff, including surf coaches and lifeguards. The move follows DryRobe, Rip Curl and Sun Bum coming on board as official partners with the wave pool earlier this season.

According to Atlantic Park Surf, the brand will also provide water filling stations for public use around the beach area. Products will be available for purchase at the Pro Shop operated by WRV.

“YETI has set the standard in the outdoor products space and has been an innovator since day one,” said Nate Stevens, General Manager of Atlantic Park Surf. “We’re honored to partner with them in bringing best-in-class innovation to life through their products and our surf technology at Atlantic Park Surf,”

YETI representatives described the partnership as part of a broader commitment to community engagement and surf culture.

“The Atlantic Park Surf team is doing incredible work to grow the sport and create a premier destination to bring the surfing community together, whether you’re a beginner or a professional,” said Joe Koehly, Senior Director of Community Marketing for YETI. “We’ve had the opportunity to get to know WRV over the last few years and are excited to continue supporting their efforts, while making sure their team and attendees stay hydrated doing what they love.”

Atlantic Park Surf, now open to the public, features a Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon, Flowstate AI video system and is located near the Virginia Beach oceanfront. You can book sessions and find out more about the wave pool at this link.
