Surf Park Summit 2024 airs official dates, a new website and more additions.

Surf Park Summit 2024 has announced its official dates and launched a new website, along with several new additions to the event. The Summit will take place at the Scripps Seaside Forum from September 30th to October 2nd.

Surfing is recognized as the fastest-growing water sport globally, with its popularity not just confined to coastal areas but also expanding inland, demonstrated by the rapid growth of the wave pool industry. Currently, there are 21 operational surfable wave pools, with an additional 200 projects under development. These facilities are becoming increasingly integral to commercial real estate developments and are being incorporated into master plans worldwide. The global surf park market is expected to reach $3.1 billion by 2025.

The event provides a platform to discuss the latest trends, network with industry leaders, and explore various innovative wave technologies. It is designed for developers, suppliers, operators, and investors, acting as a gateway to new opportunities and positioning companies at the forefront of the surf park industry’s evolution.

Surf Park Summit aims to attract attendees globally, serving as a convergence point. It offers seasoned professionals and newcomers the chance to gain insights, build connections, and contribute to the growing surf park community. Participating in the Surf Park Summit 2024 presents an opportunity to be part of this movement and influence the future of surf parks globally.

The 2024 event is currently seeking speakers to join a dynamic panel featuring industry leaders and technological innovators. Building on the legacy of the past 10 Summit events, speakers will cover topics including wave technology innovation, financing strategies, and enhancing guest experiences.

Participants have the opportunity to showcase their expertise to a global audience of developers, investors, and enthusiasts, influencing trends in surf park development, wave technology, and operations.

“It is great to be able to listen to the panels, but also the networking. At the Summit, you connect with investors, suppliers, and operators all in one place,” said Blake Hess of Beach Street Development. “It is just amazing.”
