Flowstate launches upgrades for wave pool operators
Flowstate has released its Administration Portal for Wavepool Operators. The product launch enables operators to manage their Flowstate Zone of content, promotions, privacy and security settings and data through a new user interface.
Wavepool operators are set to benefit from enhanced features that streamline content access, promotional programming, and user management. The new capabilities include a Data & Analytics Dashboard, Video Session Management, Video Playlist Management, Security & Privacy Settings, Promo Code Management, and Staff Member Management.

Our admin experience is designed to help surf park operators create the best experiences for their guests and truly get the most out of the platform, with the least amount of effort.”
The updated interface offers Wavepool Operators assistance in managing a variety of tasks. Examples include creating exclusive promo codes for specific sessions, establishing restricted access sessions, implementing weather delays across all sessions for the day, and accessing detailed reports and analytics provided by the platform.
Flowstate CEO Lukę Wallace said the new offering reflects the company’s evolution in the surf park space.
“This is a big step in evolving Flowstate into a world class enterprise grade software platform,” said Luke. “To date, our collection of APIs were only accessible by developers and the release of this application for B2B users will enable Wavepool operators new found access and control to their Flowstate content & data.”
Flowstate recently expanded into North America and now includes automated video capture for three separate wave pool technologies.
